Latest news - not much to report, really enjoying it here, Ashley visited for a couple of weeks, we had a great time. And she FINALLY got to "kite" (well sort of).

Upcoming trips:

• October 12-22, Europe, Noordwijk from 12-16 October, then Italy visiting my parents 16-20 Oct., then back to Noordwijk until 22nd return to Melbourne. Yes I will be at Chaos Theory and yes also Cocoon :)
  
• November 1-3, Singapore, work
• November 6-9, Scottsdale Arizona USA, work (but trying to avoid this trip....)

Just got back from 6 days at the Gold Coast, Queensland - half/business/vacation trip.

Great place, seriously. When people think "Australia" - they're thinking about Queensland, with the long, endless white beaches, laid back atmosphere, great weather, etc. Kiteboarding was tops, I'll definately return.

More news - might be in NL/Italy next month, for 10 days. October 13-22, watch this space.

Kiteboarding Surfer's Paradise. Maybe, just maybe...the best kiting I've had here in Oz. No wetsuit (and it's early spring), clear water, waves, perfect steady side-shore wind...and sharknets to boot, so no worries about "who's underwater"!

Had to take a shot of this bird...funny story, two of these dorky looking birds got into a fight on one of the outdoor breakfast tables, glasses and dishes were flying/breaking everywhere. For some reason, I was the only one laughing at the scene haha!
